Buying a television is a big investment nowadays, it can make a significant dent in your bank account. So how do you decide which one to buy?
I’ve always found with audio and visual equipment that I have an idea of what I need before I leave the house. I try and kid myself I Am going to be open minded, but routinely I have heard a mate talk about something and it has swayed me before I start. But this did virtually cause me an issue with the Samsung 8000 .
I have seen masses of adverts for this before it hit the shops, and it looked superb. Actually even now when I studied the product outline I’m wondering what it is truly like.
However , I really enjoy shopping, and that implies that I am taking my time and be certain to check out all of the deals and visit as many outlets as practicable. This means that I use up a lot of hours chatting to the blokes in the specialist shops finding out what they’d buy and what their experiences are.
With the Samsung 8000, it all turned out very different to my expectations. I basically went to the usual shops to try and get confirmation that the 8000 was the best in the marketplace for my budget and requirements. However , I was rather surprised to find that this was not as I was expecting.
By the time I got to buying the Samsung some of the outlets I went to were already getting complaints. It looked that there was a controversy with the consistency of the picture over the face of the screen. This was all reasonably unofficial, but in 1 or 2 shops the helpers said that they’d choose a Panasonic over the Samsung.
After discovering that the television of my dreams wasn’t all I had been hoping, I headed to Amazon.com to test out what else was in the market place. I also checked out the comments about the Samsung 8000, and though many of us were happy with them, it looked that those who were displeased had uncovered Problems similar to the ones I had been hearing about.
At the end I didn’t get a Samsung 8000, and I’m super happy with the options I made; but I will never forget how close I got to purchasing on the advertising blurb rather than what the television reviews had said
